Ian Matthews M.R.I.C.S, PQS
Ian is a highly experienced UK trained Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in Canada in the construction/land development industry. He has worked on major projects in the UK Bermuda, Canada and Qatar. Ian was the CEO of a major land development company for 12 years and has won various awards for the design/build and revitalization of various municipally owned properties in Toronto. Ian has significant experience in acquisition and planning, budgeting, estimating, contract/commercial management, claim preparation. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a Professional Quantity Surveyor.
